Our Process

Contact

When you call our office, one of our friendly team members will walk you through some questions that will help us to gather some information about your project. You’ll have the opportunity to explain in detail exactly what your desires are for your home landscape and we will take copious notes to serve as a reference through the process.

Qualification Process

Based on your desires and the scope of your project we will lead you through a quick qualification process to make certain that we assign you to the sales team that can best serve you. Each of our teams is highly specialized in certain fields of production and it is important to us that your project is assigned to the team that best fits your needs.

Sales Contact

Once the Qualification Process is complete, an appointment will be set up for a visit to your site with the sales person that best fits your needs.

Site Visit

Our site visit to your property is an opportunity for your sales person to come to your site to meet you, view your property, and gather details on the work that you are considering. By the end of this visit, your salesperson will be prepared to present you a proposal for a design or a projected scheduled budget.

Design

During the design process, our Designer will carefully consider the qualities that are important to you: scents, sounds, shapes, textures, colors, and functions. These elements will be blended with your home’s architecture and style, resulting in a customized outdoor space, perfect for your needs.

Projected Scheduled Budget

The Projected Scheduled Budget is an educated estimation of the budget range in which your project will fall, based on the unique scope of your project. If you are pleased with the Projected Scheduled Budget, you can sign it and submit a retainer of 10% of the upper range of this budget which will be applied to the project’s final balance. Once the PSB is signed, our team can begin designing your dream landscape!

Proposal

After determining the exact cost of the project, you will be presented with a detailed design and proposal. The proposal is documentation of the final cost of your project. Often, our clients find that visiting our on site or off site Show Gardens at this time is helpful in realizing their outdoor desires. It allows you to experience some of our work firsthand as we walk you through our show gardens. At this time we will review the design and the proposal in detail and look at the plants and materials for your approval. We will answer any questions to help clarify details. Once we have all agreed on the design and materials, you can sign the proposal so that we can begin transforming your landscape!

Build

Our Design/Build teams consist of highly trained and certified individuals who are dedicated to excellence in every aspect of their work. Throughout the installation of your project our Design/Build manager and team leaders will be in contact with you so that you are aware of the progress of your project.
