Landscape Team Leaders. Starting at $12.00—$14.00 per hour plus benefits. We pay overtime, holidays, and vacation. 40 to 50 hours per week. Work hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Current Virginia Drivers License is required. Bilingual communication skills preferred (English/Spanish). Experience with construction, equipment, plants, trees, sod, patios, and stones required for installation division. Experience with mowing, pruning, mulch, flowers or lawn care required for maintenance division.

Landscape Laborer. Individual must be prepared to work outdoors throughout all seasons and weather. Valuable experience with the basic aspects of landscaping can be gained in this entry level position.

Keyman Trainee. For a landscaper with some experience, this can be the first step towards greater managerial responsibility. Must be motivated, creative, and ready to expand into a role that requires greater assessment and judgment opportunities.

Sales Associate. Full time employee with sales ability and landscaping experience needed to visit our clients, perform site assessments and close new sales. Must be a self-starter with a proven record of accomplishment in self-motivated tasks. Appearance, personality and charisma are key attributes.
